Downhill biking in Philippines gets your adrenaline rushing, but keep focused on your direction. And lastly is control your speed, it feels good to have the wind brush on your face.
However, if you cannot control your speed, mud and rocks may hit you. Overtake only when it is safe. To prevent crashing, slowdown when you feel you are going too fast.
